TREC over a CEFIC Tremcard Licence:

TREC uses the ERG system used by South African
Emergency Services.
CEFIC Tremcards use
the European system of Hazard Identification (HI)
numbers, which are not compatible with ERG Numbers
and are not recognized in the standards
or the regulations and could cause confusion in an
emergency.
2 TREC Cards have
been formulated by the SABS for South Africa and
SADC Countries and adhere to SANS 10232-4.
CEFIC
Tremcards do not adhere to SANS 10232-4.
3 TREC pricing is
entirely rand based.
Prices for a CEFIC Tremcard licence are based on
British Pounds Sterling.
4 All our TREC

dependent on input from external service providers.
